We stand behind the quality of our work. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, we will make it right. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work.
Cancellation Policy
During Minimum Term (First 3 Months)
- Cancellations are not accepted during the minimum 3-month term unless ARUKZ DIGITAL is in material breach
- Early exit requires payment of remaining term balance
After Minimum Term
- 30 days written notice required (email to your AM + cc hello@arukz.com)
- Services continue through the 30-day notice period
- No cancellation fee applies
Refund Policy

| Ad platform fraud/technical error (not our fault) | No refund; we assist with platform claims |
Project-Based Work (One-Time)

Ad Spend
All amounts paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable by ARUKZ DIGITAL. Refunds for ad spend are governed by each platform's own refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@arukz.com with your invoice number and reason
- We'll acknowledge within 24 hours
- Review completed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
Performance Guarantee
If agreed KPIs are missed for 2 consecutive months through no fault of the client, we offer:
- A comprehensive strategy review at no cost
- A one-month service credit on the next billing cycle
We do not guarantee specific search rankings or ad performance outcomes, as these depend on platform algorithms and market conditions.
