Client Onboarding Checklist

Everything you need to do in your first 7 days as an ARUKZ DIGITAL client.

Before We Begin (Day 0)​

You'll receive a Welcome Email from your dedicated Account Manager within 24 hours of signing. The email contains:

  • Welcome letter & introduction to your team
  • Your Client Portal login credentials
  • Discovery Form link (must complete before kickoff call)
  • Kickoff call calendar invite

Day 1–2: Discovery & Access​

Share Your Brand Assets​

  • Brand logo (SVG/PNG, all variants)
  • Brand colors (HEX codes or brand guide PDF)
  • Brand fonts list
  • Tagline / brand voice document (if exists)

Grant Platform Access​

  • Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Google Ads account (invite: accounts@arukz.com)
  • Google Analytics 4 property access
  • Google Search Console access
  • Website CMS/backend access (if applicable)
  • Existing ad account access

Business Information​

  • Complete the Client Discovery Form (link in welcome email)
  • Share existing marketing materials, brochures, or decks
  • Share competitor brands you've identified
  • Share your target customer profile (or fill our ICP form)

Day 3: Kickoff Call​

Your Kickoff Call (60 minutes) covers:

  • Goals & KPIs for the first 90 days
  • Campaign strategy overview
  • Team introductions (your AM, strategist, creative lead)
  • Timeline & delivery schedule confirmation
  • Questions & clarifications

Day 4–5: Strategy Setup​

After the kickoff call, your team will:

  • Complete brand audit & competitor analysis
  • Finalize 90-day campaign roadmap
  • Set up tracking pixels & analytics
  • Build campaign infrastructure (ad accounts, UTMs, dashboards)
  • Share Strategy Deck for your review & approval

Day 6–7: Go Live Preparation​

  • Review and approve all creative assets before launch
  • Review and approve ad copy / content calendar
  • Confirm budget allocation per channel
  • Set up WhatsApp support channel with your AM
  • First reporting dashboard shared with you
